The resort is about 1 to 1.25 hours from Cancún International Airport along Highway 307. It does not run its own shuttle, so most guests pre-book a private or shared transfer through the concierge. Check-in begins at 3:00 pm and check-out is at 12:00 pm. Early check-in can be requested, subject to availability.
What is there to do away from the resort?
Akumal, famous for guided snorkeling with green sea turtles, is a short drive away. The Tulum ruins are about 30 minutes away and Playa del Carmen about 15 to 20 minutes. The hotel also offers signature tours, including Tulum and Yal-Kú lagoon excursions with a cenote visit.
